Is available but not forced on anyone. If the scale stresses you out, there are plenty of other things we can focus on.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BOOTCAMP & PT?


The easiest way to put it...


Bootcamp involves fitness classes, such as circuits & HIIT.


Group PT involves strength based gym workouts.


Bootcamp classes are a mix of weights and cardio. You'll do circuit style classes with the aim of you getting fitter & stronger. 


While you'll use weights at bootcamp, these will be much lighter than the ones you'll use at PT as we're focusing on building your fitness and muscular endurance. 


You can expect more high impact, cardio based exercises at bootcamp such as squat jumps, burpees & jumping jacks.


Group PT sessions are focused purely on strength training. Some of the exercises will be similar to ones you do at bootcamp but you'll be use much heavier weights at PT. 


There's no cardio involved in my PT sessions. You'll also receive diet & lifestyle support outside of your sessions.


HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?


Bootcamp: 30 minutes.


Group PT 45 minutes.
