Fit for Purpose is a personal training gym in hillington for ladies who hate regular gyms.
Why Choose FFP?
At FFP all our sessions are women only and take place in a relaxed, non intimidating setting. There's no mirrors, no people filming workouts and no pressure to keep up or compete with others.
Classes
Classes at FFP are 30 minute circuits designed to help you build strength, fitness & stamina while keeping things simple.
You can attend unlimited classes each week with small class sizes (12 max) so you can exercise without feeling crowded or overwhelmed.
You’re encouraged and challenged without being shouted at, and you can move at your own pace without feeling silly or pressured to keep up or compete with others.
Classes are ideal if you want a simple yet effective exercise routine where you just turn up, do the class, and leave feeling accomplished after 30 minutes.
Group PT
Group PT sessions at FFP are 45 minute strength workouts. There's a maximum of 6 people per session and you can come 2 or 3 times per week.
Sessions follow a structured training plan and are focused on getting stronger & progressing from week to week. This service includes more hands on coaching and support, making it ideal if you're results focused.
Group PT is ideal if you want to lift weights but either unsure what to do, struggle to push yourself on your own or don’t feel confident in busy gyms.
You get to lift weights in a small group (6 max) following a plan with clear structure & guidance, in a controlled setting without distractions.
6 Week Trials
We have different trial options available depending on which style of training and what level of coaching you're after. After your trial you have the choice to move onto one of our monthly memberships.

WHAT ARE THE INTRO SESSIONS?
Anyone signing up to PT must attend an intro session. We'll go through a warm up, movement screening and make sure you're set up on our apps. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions. These take place on Mondays 6:30pm or Saturdays 10am and must be attended before your first PT session.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?
You can either stay and move to a monthly membership or finish up once your 6 weeks are over.
