Whether you're just looking to get fit or want to maximise results, we have a 6 week plan to get you started.
BEGINNER FRIENDLY
You don't need to be super fit to join. Most of my members started as complete beginners or after doing nothing for a while. Sessions can be tailored to your level of ability.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
We have 30 sessions a week to choose from. (See the timetable below).
PRIVATE & SUPPORTIVE SPACE
Learn how to lift weights in a friendly, safe environment. Feel at ease training with other females without mirrors or distractions.
FAT LOSS SUPPORT
Is available but not forced on anyone. If the scale stresses you out, there are plenty of other things we can focus on.
